Yes! We specialize in destination weddings, and many of our brides choose to bring their trusted Portuguese team with them. We offer flat travel fees for popular regions and take care of travel logistics, so you don’t have to.

For both local and destination events, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons (spring/summer). However, we always try to accommodate last-minute needs when availability allows.

Yes. Trials are highly encouraged and can be scheduled:

• At our studios in Lisbon

• During the planning trip (before the wedding abroad)

• On location, depending on the artist’s availability

We’ll work with your planning timeline to make it easy. An in case of locations outside of Lisbon, travel fee will apply.

Definitely. If your client has a preferred Fresh Faced artist, just let us know and we’ll confirm their travel availability. We maintain a curated team of professionals experienced in destination events, ensuring high standards and a cohesive style, no matter the location.

Yes. Most of our artists are not multi-disciplinary since they are specialized on what they do, however our group of artist follows the same principles so you will always receive artist pairings that make sense logistically and aesthetically for the event.

What’s included in the travel fee?

Our flat travel fee covers:

• Transport (flights/trains/cars)

• Accommodation

• Time spent traveling

• Per diem expenses

This fee is calculated fairly and presented upfront no surprises. It simplifies budgeting and avoids back-and-forth later.
